Since the Registered Clubs Association’s formation in 1922, the ClubsNSW Workplace Relations team has been providing advice and representation across all employment related matters and industrial disputes that arise in the Club industry.


Our experienced team of industrial advocates and human resources professionals are acutely aware of the problems facing our industry including the various stakeholders involved in industrial disputation from the industry unions to the Commissioners assigned to club industry matters. Clubs Australia Industrial

Clubs Australia Industrial is the peak employer body representing the industrial and employment interests of registered and/or licensed clubs throughout Australia. It is a registered industrial organisation comprising members from Clubs Associations in each state and territory.

As the industrial voice of the national club movement, Clubs Australia Industrial strives to influence national workplace policy decisions and achieve better outcomes for the nation's 6,500 registered and licensed clubs and the 96,000 workers they employ. Clubs Australia Industrial also works with the individual associations on specific state or territory industrial issues.
